Braketron, the folks responsible for some of the best mounting solutions for your gadgets just announced the release of an iPad mount that allows you to attach an iPad to a seat’s headrest in your vehicle. According to Bracketron the mount will be available for sale on their website (Braketron.com) in the first quarter of next year. We will have an opportunity to take a closer look at the mount when we head to Las Vegas for CES in January, so stay tuned.
This is actually a great solution for iPad owners who can’t afford to pay thousands of dollars for vehicle entertainment systems. I personally use the iPad to keep our 10-month old entertained during our road trips and I’ve always wanted a solution to securely mount the iPad without the hassle, this certainly looks like a viable option.
The great thing about this mount is that it also acts as an iPad so you are essentially getting two products for the price of one, not a bad deal.
The mount is priced at $69.99 and carries a 1 year limited warranty.
