Are you looking a for a simple way to upload files to your server with your Mac? With OneWay you will be able to upload files to your server by simply right-clicking on the file you wish to upload and then clicking on the destination server. You have the option to bookmark frequently used servers which become available in your Mac’s right-click menu. You can also view the transfer history and manage the bookmarks you’ve added. OneWay is a free download for Mac OS X only.
OneWay supports FTP and SFTP uploads. Download OneWay from goto11.net.
Note: I used Mac OS X for this tutorial.
Upload a File Using OneWay
The following instructions assume you have OneWay installed and that you have not added any servers to the list.
1. Right-click on the folder/file you wish to upload.
2. Click on Upload to…
3. Enter the information for the server you wish to upload the files to.
Note: You can select SSH or FTP protocols.
4. Click on Go to start the upload process.

A. Click on Bookmarks to view the servers you have saved.
B. Click on the Add/Remove Bookmarks buttons to add or remove bookmarks from the server list.
Once you’ve added bookmarks to the list they will appear directly below Upload to… for easy access.
