One of the things that I’ve learned about running an online business is that everyone you deal with is on a different time zone. This of course can be a major pain when your calendar can only display two time zones at a time (Calendar view) and events can only be created for the time zone you are on, without the math.
Today’s update Google Calendar changes all of that. Calendar now allows users to create calendar entries for different time zones and even calendar entries that span several time zones, which can e very helpful for flights that span across time zones. The option (as you will see below) is just a click away and two drop-downs away.
1. To enable time zone usage, click on the Time Zone link to choose a time zone for your event.
2. Select the country and the time zone, click Done.
