How many times have you discovered a great website on your iPad and found yourself switching back and forth between Safari and Mail so that you can copy and paste the address into a new message? There’s a simpler way. Using the Bookmarks button in Safari’s toolbar you can quickly create a message that includes the link to the site you’re on so that you can share it right away. The guide below will show you how to use this simple, but powerful feature so that you can share content with others.
Do you own an iPad? You might want to look into protecting your investment with invisibleSHIELD screen protectors. If you need any help or have questions please post them below.
Note: I used an iPad running iOS 3.2 for this tutorial.
1. Tap on the (+) Add Bookmark button.
2. Tap on the Mail Link to this Page button.
A new message will appear including the link in the body of the message and name of the website as the subject. Enter an email address and send when you are ready.
