The most anticipated wedding of the century, the Royal Wedding, is going to be here in only a week, but if you’re not one of the millions to be there for this event, then you don’t have to feel left out. The Royal Household has announced that everyone will now be able to watch the wedding, straight from their home computers. The Royal Wedding will be broadcasted on their official YouTube channel:  http://www.youtube.com/theroyalchannel with live coverage starting at 10:00AM BST on Friday, April 29, 2011; that’s 5:00AM EST for us East Coast Americans or 2:00AM for Californians.

The first royal wedding was televised over 50 years ago and brought in nearly 20 million viewers. I think it’s safe to say that there are going to be more than that many worldwide viewers for the Internet Age’s first Royal Wedding. Not only will it be broadcasted worldwide via some television stations, but it will also be available to everyone on the Internet.

If you’re not one to get up that early to watch the Royal Wedding procession, then you can watch the repeats that will begin right after the Royal Wedding on the Royal YouTube Channel.
