The latest update to Bump, the popular contact-sharing application for mobile devices, brings another platform that mobile users can use to contact one another without the need for costly SMS text messages. In order to use this feature you will need to update Bump to version 2.3 from the App Store. Once updated you will be able to send long-distance “virtual bumps” or messages to other Bump users without being near one another.
